Owen Legacy I; meet the patriarch.

Adam Owen
This is Adam, an athletic, clumsy, friendly and over-emotional outdoorsman. He grew up in an orphanage, so he’s had a pretty rough start; still he’s kept a pretty positive view on life and even bought some land with his meager savings. All he has left now is ยง1.300, the clothes he wear and a will to make it in this town.

First things first; he’ll need a steady income, if he’s to build the house of his dreams. He doesn’t really have any special skills, but his physique has always been good, so maybe he could be of use for the local sports team?

Rabid fan might not be exactly what he had in mind, but getting paid for cheering at sporting events is not the worst place to start off, right?

His employer gave him a free membership for the local gym, and shaping up is a good idea if he’s to get his career moving.

Eyeing him is a pretty cute brunette.
Sadly, Adam is too busy playing caged hamster to even notice.

Nor does he pay any attention to that rather creepy guy.

A hot shower eases aching muscles. Good thing he got that membership card; at least he won’t have a problem with personal hygiene.
But what to do about food?

Luckily, apples are in season, and nobody seems to mind him nabbing a few from the public garden next to the gym.

After a spartan meal of apples, Adam feels content with his first day in town. A cold bench might not be the best place to sleep, but it’s better than being eaten alive by creepy crawly bugs whilst passed out on the grass at “home”.

Adam has a rough night, waking every now and then from the strange noises and his back is probably killing him. Even so, he feels fairly rested and ready to face another day…

..INVISIBLE KEYBOARD! (Sorry, sorry, but.. zomg?!)

After another apple, he has to think about getting ready for work. Not able to afford a car, and buses seem to only fit student schedules in this place, he might as well take a quick jog to work.

First day in his new job went well. So well, in fact, that Adam has to work overtime. At least he got to meet a few colleagues. Also, seems he’s not the only sim who can’t afford a house in this town.

Another night is spent on a relatively uncomfortable bench, but this is HIS uncomfortable bench. It was cheap and, hey, it beats sleeping in public places.

The rest of his resources were used to raise this small shack, supplying him with a steady source of..

..bladder relief.

And with minty breath, Adam says goodbye for now.

Author’s notes;I swear, Adam does NOT have the excitable trait, yet half the pictures I take of him has to be scrapped because he looks utterly psychotic. Like this.

Also, thanks for reading :)
